摘　　要：目的探讨手术治疗足底恶性黑色素瘤的技术及效果。方法应用病灶切除,创面植皮或皮瓣修复的方法。结果5例患者,术后皮片、皮瓣全部成活,随访3个月～4年,无1例复发,患足功能正常。结论对足底恶性黑色素瘤的治疗,应用皮瓣修复可取得满意的临床效果。Objective To explore the basic method to treat malignant melanoma in planta pedis.Methods Five patients were treated with focuses cut,surface skin-grafting or skin flaps repair.Results The skin-grafting and skin flaps survived completely.5 patients were followed up in 3 months to 4 years after the operations.The focuses did not recur and the functions of the thenars were normal.Conclusion The operation scope is based on the tumour thickness and infiltration.Medial plantar flap is the first selection to repair the wound surface.
