摘 要:目的:研究预氧化处理对Ni-Cr烤瓷合金金瓷界面的影响。方法:失蜡法铸造尺寸为25mm×3mm×0.5mm的金属片16个,随机分为两组,每组8个。组1进行预氧化处理,组2不做处理。每组各取6个试件,采用三点弯曲法测试金瓷结合强度,剩余2个试样进行扫描电子显微分析(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS),考察金瓷界面形貌与成分分布状况。结果:测得未预氧化组金瓷结合强度为45.91±8.22MPa,预氧化组为41.92±3.55MPa。单因素方差分析(P=0.256>0.05)表明两者差异无显著性。结论:预氧化处理有利于金瓷界面生成均匀一致的氧化膜,促进扩散作用,提高金瓷界面的稳定性和结合强度。但预氧化也可能导致金瓷界面出现裂纹、孔洞、疏松等缺陷,反而降低金瓷结合强度。Objective: To study the effects of pre-oxidation on the metal-ceramic interface.Methods: 16 metal sheets with the dimension 25mm×3mm×0.5mm and divided into two groups randomly,each with 8 specimens.Pre-oxidation was applied to group 1 while group 2 is not.The shear bond strength of six specimens from each group were tested using the three-point flexure bond test.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) were used to examine the microstructure and constituent of metal-ceramic interface.Results: The mean bond strength of ceramic to metal is 45.91±8.22MPa for group 1 and 41.92±3.55MPa for group 2.The 1-way ANOVA analysis(P = 0.256 > 0.05) indicate that there is no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion: Pre-oxidation improve the stability and bonding strength of metal-ceramic interface.But pre-oxidation may in the same time induces defects,such as fractures、voids、loosens and so on,which decrease the bond strength of ceramic fused to metal.
