摘  要:介绍了超高压超临界撞击流技术制备破壁灵芝孢子粉的方法及基本原理,对制备工艺进行了研究。加载压力、系统加热温度、保压时间及撞击靶距是影响灵芝孢子粉破壁率的因素,通过正交试验及对加热温度和撞击靶距所做的后续试验,确定了采用自行研制开发的试验系统进行灵芝孢子粉破壁的最佳工艺条件是加载压力300MPa,系统加热温度250°C,保压时间1h,撞击靶距10mm。在此工艺条件下,灵芝孢子粉的破壁率为88.48%。This paper investigates the preparation of sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spores by the method of hyper high pressure supercritical fluid impinging streams. The fundamental principles of this method were also introduced. Factors affected the sporoderm-broken ratio include working pressure, heating temperature, holding time and impinging distance. Through the orthogonal experiments and subsequent experiments on heating temperature and impinging distance, the best technical conditions were confirmed as follows: working pressure 300 MPa, heating temperature 250 ℃, holding time 1 h, and impinging distance 10 mm. On these technical conditions,the sporoderm-broken ratio can reach 88.48%.
