摘　　要：本文从ＰＣＲ技术入手，以人基因组ＤＮＡ为模板扩增出人神经营养素－３（ｈｕｍａｎｎｅｕｒｏｔｒｏｐｈｉｎ－３，ｈＮＴ－３）全长基因，并对克隆至ｐＵＣ１８质粒中的ｈＮＴ—３基因做了全序列分析。序列分析结果表明，除ｈＮＴ—３中第１３０位编码ｐｒｅｐｒｏ－序列－９５位Ｌｅｕ密码子的第一个碱基外（Ｃ→Ｔ），其余序列同文献报道完全一致，改变的碱基并不影响其编码的氨基酸序列。Human Neurotrophin-3 intact gene was obtained by polymerase chain reaction using human genomic DNA as a template. The fragment was cloned into pUC18 and then sequenced. DNA sequencing results showed that except one base locating at the first place of the code encoding the-95 Leu in the prepro-sequence (position 130, C to T), the gene sequence was identical to that had been reported before,and the changed base had no influence on the amino acid which it encoded.
