摘　　要：考虑环R0上的测度m,H(R0)是R1的所有子集全体.由m引出的外测度m*称为勒贝格外测度.直线上任何数集E的勒贝格外测度就等于包含E的开集的勒贝格外测度的下界.Considering the measure(m) on the ring(R0),H(R0) is in ring(R1) all the subset of raises all.The measure(m) of the lower case from the measure(m*) called lattice baylor outside.That line measure of any number(E) set outside of lattice baylor is the measure of the grid that contains baylor measure of any open number(E).
