摘　　要：针对黑龙江省城镇居民消费需求不足的现状,运用ELES模型,从边际消费倾向、基本消费支出和弹性等方面,对黑龙江省城镇居民的食品消费结构进行了定量分析。结果表明:肉类消费是当前黑龙江城镇居民最重要的食品消费支出项目,在整个食物消费市场中影响力强;粮食、油脂类的消费逐步趋于稳定;水产品需求具有一定的潜力。黑龙江城镇居民的食物消费结构在不断优化。In view of the inadequate consumption demand among Heilongjiang urban residents,based on the ELES model,a quantitative analysis was made of the food consumption structure of Heilongjiang urban residents from the angles of MPC,basic consumption expenditures and elasticity.The results show that meat products,the most important food consumption expenditure item of Heilongjiang urban residents,have powerful influence on the total food market.The consumption of grain,oil and fats becomes stable gradually.There is potential demand for aquatic products.The food consumption structure of Heilongjiang urban residents has been optimized continuously.
