摘　　要：目的为了适应民航管理的快速发展,确保空中交通管制员在数量和质量上的稳定提高;方法通过介绍雷达管制院校的教学优势和不足,指出需采用校企联合培养模式;结果充分融合民航院校雷达管制实践教学与空管岗位培训的优势,从一线岗位定期聘请资深空管教员参与到院校教学;结论为我国民航培育更多、更优秀的空管人才。Aim To ensure the stable rise of air traffic control personnel in number and quality so as to adapt to the rapid development of civil aviation.Methods Point out the necessity of school-enterprise cooperation through the introduction of advantages and disadvantages of teaching of radar control schools.Results Integrate respective advantages of radar control practice teaching and air control post training and invite senior air control personnel to deliver lectures periodically.Conclusion More excellent air control talents can be cultivated in such a way.
