摘　　要：云计算为电信运营商带来"开源"和"节流"机遇,发展云业务项目以及制定云业务策略已经成为运营商关注的重点问题。文章首先分析了云计算的关键技术和应用模式,然后提出电信运营商云计算架构和总体服务框架,最后给出电信运营商云计算发展策略建议。Cloud computing brings an opportunity of increasing income and reducing expenditure to telecom operators.To develop cloud service and generate strategy become the focus of the operators.Firstly,key technologies and application modes of cloud computing are analyzed in this paper.Secondly,the objective of cloud computing implementation is advanced.Then,the cloud architecture and the service framework were developed.Finally,some strategies and suggestions are put forward for operators to practice cloud computing projects.
