α-硫辛酸治疗周围性面瘫30例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察α-硫辛酸治疗周围性面瘫的疗效.方法将60例周围性面瘫患者随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例.治疗组在常规治疗的同时α-硫辛酸60 mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL中静脉滴注,qd,治疗3周;对照组给予常规治疗,包括皮质类固醇激素、B族维生素、抗病毒等药物治疗,疗程3周.结果治疗组总有效为86.7%,对照组总有效率为70.7%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论α-硫辛酸治疗周围性面瘫有显著临床疗效,具有临床应用价值.Objective To investigate the efficacy of alpha lipoic acid(ALA)in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods 60 peripheral facial paralysis patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment groups(n=30)and control groups(n=30).Patients in the treatment group received 21-days course of intravenous infusion of alpha lipoic acid on the basis of regular treatment.Patients in the control group were treated with 21 days course of regular treatment,including intramuscular injection of vitminB and corticosteroid hormone and antiviral drug and so on.Result The effective rate in treatment groups was significantly higher than that in control groups(86.7% VS.70.7%,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of peripheral facial paralysis with ALA has significantly clinical effect,and has the value in clinical application.
