摘  要:目的:探讨survivin基因和EphB4基因表达在金黄地鼠颊囊癌变过程中的作用。方法:采用DMBA诱导金黄地鼠颊囊动态癌变的动物模型,应用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术检测survivin和EphB4在各组组织中的表达。结果:Survivin mRNA在正常组、上皮单纯增生组、上皮异常增生组和鳞癌组的阳性表达率依次增加,除正常组与上皮单纯增生组无显著性差异外(P>0.05),其余任两组均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。EphB4 mRNA在以上任两组中的阳性表达率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:在转录水平,survivin的表达与口腔黏膜从正常到癌变的发生发展过程有关,而EphB4则与之无关。Objective: To explore the transcriptional expression of survivin and EphB4 in malignant transformation of hamster buccal mucosa. Methods: Reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT- PCR) technique was used to detect the expression of survivin and EphB4 in the hamster buccal pouch carcinogenesis model induced by DMBA. Results: The expression of survivin increased gradiently from normal oral mucosa to oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) , there was no significant difference in survivin expression between normal epithelia and hyperplasia epithelia( P 〉 0.05 ) , but a statistically significant difference was found between any two groups of the rest ( P 〈 0.05 ). There were no significant differences in EphB4 expression between any two groups (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: At the transcriptional level,it is survivin but EphB4 that has been involved in the carcinogenesis of oral mucosa.
