医用X线诊断工作者口腔扁平苔藓患病情况分析

摘　　要：目的:调查医用X线诊断工作者口腔扁苔藓患病情况。方法:对咸宁市三级医院300名医用X线诊断工作者进行口腔检查,口腔扁平苔藓的诊断经病理学检查证实。结果:300名医用X线诊断工作者中口腔扁平苔藓7例,患病率为2.33%,病变主要见于40岁以上并从事X线检查工作10年以上的人员。结论:医用X线诊断工作者中口腔扁平苔藓患病率较高,可能与免疫功能降低有关。Objective： To find out the prevalence of oral lichen plannus in the radiologists and radiographers. Methods： 300 radiologists or radiographers were investigated rate was, and oral lichen plannus （OLP） was diagnosed by clinical examination and biopsy. Results： OLP inected rate was 2.33% （7/300） in radiologists and radiographers, and most of the lesions were found in workers older than 40 years and working more than 10 years. Conclusion： The prevalent rate of OLP is higher radiologists and radiographers, which may be resulted from their immunoimpression condition.
