高校办学筹资渠道的探讨

摘　　要：阐述了市场经济体制下高校办学筹资渠道具有信贷资金,地方财政与科研经费拨款,学杂费、培训费、校办产业、社会捐赠收入等多种形式。指出通过建立专门的筹资机构,成立校友会、基金会,盘活自身资产,校办产业联合组成股份制集团化公司,教育向产业化发展赢得企业的支持,广泛开展国际交流与合作等多种渠道筹措高校办学资金。This article expounds that under the current market-based economy system colleges and universities have the following ways to raise money. That is, credit loans from the bank, money from the local budget and scientific research funds, tuitions and incidental expenses, training incomes, revenues from school-owned enterprises and donations from the society. It is pointed out that colleges and universities should set up the specialized branches for money raising, such as the organizations of alumni association and fund association. Colleges and universities should also make use of the existing assets, for example, we can set up joint-stock company by combining the school-owned enterprises. Under the trend of industrialization of education, colleges and universities will secure more supports from the enterprises. And we can also expand the channels of raising money by widely developing the international exchange and cooperation.
