论我党两代领导核心关于干部标准的思想与执政党的能力建设

摘　　要：我党第一代领导核心的毛泽东同志提出的“德才兼备”“任人唯贤”以及培养和选拔接班人的干部标准思想,和作为党的第二代领导核心的邓小平同志提出的干部队伍革命化、年轻化、知识化、专业化的建党方针,极大地提高了党的执政能力和执政水平。两代领导核心关于干部标准的思想,为新时期加强党的干部队伍建设、提高党的执政能力提供了重要借鉴。The thought to ＂ appoint people on their merits ＂ and to ＂ have both ability and political integrity ＂ as the standard to train and choose cadres and successors put forward by Mao Zedong, the Party＇s first generation＇s leading nucleus, and the policy for the contingent of cadres to be more revolutionary, younger, more educated, and specialized proposed by Deng Xiaoping, the Party＇s second generation＇s leading nucleus, have both greatly improved the Party＇s ability of administration and competence of being in power, which offers valuable lessons for strengthening the construction of the Party＇s cadres＇ contingent, and for improving the Party＇s ability of administration in the new period.
