摘 要:对10个不同来源的杏鲍菇菌株生产性能进行了评价.结果是:杏鲍菇菌株菌丝体生长速度为0.15~0.45cm/d,在菌丝体长势上存在差异;哈茨木霉与杏鲍菇菌种混合培养均出现死亡,而杏鲍菇菌丝体长满培养基后再接种哈茨木霉培养,只有Pe3菌株在加富PDA培养上死亡,其余杏鲍菇菌株上则无哈茨木霉生长.子实体产量为每袋0.154~0.260 kg,生物学效率为20.53%~34.67%.子实体形态上差异显著,共分为5种类型:保龄形、细棒状、粗棒状、近保龄球形、粗棒状且长.The mycelium growth speed of tenPleurotus eryngii strains was 0.15 - 0.45 cm/d and there was difference in the mycelium growth way. When spawns of Trichoderm hazianum and P. eryngii were inoculated in mixture and cultured together, both mixing culturing spawns died. When T. hazianum was inoculated into the medium all covered with growing mycelium of P. eryngii, only strain Pe3 died in en- riched PDA medium and there was no T. hazianum' s growing in the rest growing strains of P. eryngii. The fruitbody output was 0.154 - 0. 260 kg/bag and its biological efficiency was 20.53% - 34.67%. The morphological difference among the fruitbodies of various strains was obvious with 5 types. They are bowing type ,thin-stick type, thick-stick type, bowl-shape type and long thick-stick type.
