摘  要:以革兰氏阳性细菌枯草芽孢杆菌MIGI.22(Bacillus subtilis)和革兰氏阴性细菌水稻白叶枯病菌(Xanthomonas ovyzaepy)为研究对象,对万隆霉素的抑菌机理进行了初步研究。结果表明,万隆霉素可显著抑制这2种细菌的氧呼吸作用,随着反应体系中万隆霉素终浓度由0逐渐增加到50μg/mL,枯草芽孢杆菌氧呼吸作用持续的时间由对照的28 min减小到10 min,白叶枯病菌则由18 min减小到8 min,两者的相对耗氧量分别由对照的86.9%和62.9%逐渐下降到0;此外,对这2种细菌NADH氧化酶活力进行的研究表明,万隆霉素可显著抑制细菌各个生长阶段酶的活力的提高,这与万隆霉素抑制其氧呼吸作用密切相关。This paper investigated the mechanism of Wanlongmycin against two typical sensitive bacteria Bacillus subtilis (G^+) and Xanthornonas ovyzaepy (G^- ). The oxygen electrode experiment indicated that the inhibition effect of Wanlongmycin on the O2 respiration of bacteria was obvious. With the concentration of Wanlongmycin increasing from 0 to 50 μg/mL,the duration of the O2 respiration of Bacillus subtilis and Xanthomonas ovyzaepy decreased from 28 rain to 10 min and 18 min to 8 min,respectively. Their relative oxygen consumption quantity gradually decreased from 86. 9% and 62. 9% to 0. The change of NADH oxidase activity of bacterial showed that Wanlongmycin could inhibit the enzyme directly during the entire bacteria growth period: This O2 respiration inhibition mechanism may play an important role in the inhibition effect of Wanlongmycin against bacteria.
