摘　　要：积极心理学对人格的研究秉承了它的一贯做法,主张人格心理学研究不仅要研究人格形成的消极因素,更要致力于研究人格形成的积极因素,特别是研究人类积极的现实能力和潜在能力在人格发展中的作用,也即研究积极人格。该文对四种积极人格特质做了具体分析,并在此基础上指出,增进个体的积极体验是培养积极人格的最有效途径。Positive psychology, as it had done, suggests that personality psychology should study people＇s factors of strengths of personality as well as vulnerabilities. Moreover, positive psychology should study the impacts of capabilities and potentials, that is to say, study the positive traits of personality. This article analyses three pieces of positive traits of personality and concludes that it is the most efficient way to promote individual positive experiences in cultivating people＇s positive personalities.
