银杏叶注射液治疗脑动脉硬化症探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨银杏叶注射液对脑动脉硬化症临床疗效、血脂、血液流变学的影响。方法选择脑动脉硬化症病人146例,分为2组,分别给予银杏叶注射液,灯盏花素注射液单独用药,于用药前及用药后21d分别进行临床症状评分、血脂及血液流变学测定。结果用药后2组药物均不同程度地改善脑供血不足症状,但银杏叶注射液组强度优于灯盏花素注射液组;2组药物均不同程度地降低血脂、血液黏度,其中以银杏叶注射液作用最强。结论银杏叶、灯盏花素注射液均能改善脑动脉硬化症的临床症状,降低血脂、血液黏度。但银杏叶注射液强度优于灯盏花素注射液。Objective To explore the effect of ginko leaf injection on cerebroartery sclerosis and its influence on blood lipid and haematorheology. Methods Choose 146 patients with cerebro artery sclerosis ,they were divided into 2 groups ,and were given ginkgo leaf injection and fleabane respectively, and the clinical symptom score ,blood lipid and haematorheology respectively were measured before medication and 21 days after medication. Results After teatment both group＇s brain blood supply insufficiency were improved, but the effect of ginkgo leaf injection is better than that of fleabane injection. Two group＇s blood lipid, etc decreased, but the ginkgo leaf injection has better effect. Conclusion Both ginkgo leaf injection and fleabane injection can imgrove the cerebroartery sclerosis and decrease blood lipid and blood viscosity, but ginkgo leaf injection is better than fleabane injection.
