肿瘤标记物检测在消化系统肿瘤诊断中作用

摘　　要：目的联合检测血清CEA、CA19-9、CA72-4水平,分析其对消化系恶性肿瘤:胃癌、肠癌、食道癌、肝癌、胰腺癌和胆囊癌的诊断意义.方法用电化学发光免疫法检测经临床确诊的67例胃癌、39例肠癌、10例食管癌、8例肝癌、7例胰腺癌和3例胆囊癌患者血清CEA、CA19-9、CA72-4水平,进行单项检测和联合检测的阳性率比较.结果CEA、CA19-9和CA72-4单项检测总阳性率分别为43%、39%和25%,联合检测消化系各种肿瘤的阳性率在40%～100%之间,总阳性率为63%.结论CEA、CA19-9、CA72-4联合检测有助于提高消化系恶性肿瘤的检出率.Obiective To analyze the significance of diagnosis to cancer in digestive system, including stomach cancer, intestine cancer, esophageal cancer, liver cancer, pancreas cancer and gallbladder cancer, by detecting level of CEA to combine with CA19 -9 and CA72 -4 in serum. Methods Using electrochemistry luminescence immunology method to check the level of CEA, CA19 -9 and CA72 - 4 in serum of patients with cancers in digestive system, including 67cases with stomach eareilloma, 39 cases with intestine cancer, 10 cases with esophageal cancer, 8 cases with liver cancer, 7cases with pancreas cancer and 3 cases with gallbladder cancer, was detennined. Positive rates of single detecting items were compared with that of combined detecting items. Results Positive rate in single item of CEA, CA19 -9 and CA72 -4 was 43% , 39% and 25% respectively. The positive rate of combining items was at 40% to 100% and overall positive rate was 63%. Conclusion The detecting rate of cancers in digesfive system can be raised by combined examine of CEA, CA19 -9 and CA72 -4.
