摘　　要：依据纸张定位装置的工艺特征,给出了适合高速印刷机的下摆式前规矩机构尺寸综合方法,建立了以前规矩运动特性及位置特性作为目标函数的优化设计数学模型。并针对实例进行了优化设计,探讨了多目标优化设计的求解方法,结果表明可以在满足前规运动特性及位置特性的前提下获得最优方案。该方法对印刷机典型机构设计有一定参考价值。In this paper, the comprehensive design method of sway downward front lay mechanism of rnodren offset press is given according the technological characteristic of paper location device, and the mathematical model of optimal design based on the motion characteristic and postion characteristic of front lay is established too the results shows that the optimal alteruative can be gained that satisfies the motion characteristic and positon chaeacteristic of front lay. This methed is verified by an example and it is valuable to the press design.
