高效液相色谱法测定山栀子中栀子甙的含量

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法测定中药山栀子(GardeniajasminoidesEllis)中保肝利胆的主要成分栀子甙(genipo side)的含量。分析结果表明,本方法重现性好,平均加样回收率为100.90%,RSD为2.00%。用此方法测定未知样品山栀子中栀子甙的平均含量为3.463g/100g。A HPLC method to quanfitafivdy determine the content of geniposide of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis was established. The column used in the HPLC system is RP C18 column（4.6 × 250 mm, 5 μm） and the mobile phase was methanol-wateracetic acid （31 ： 69：0.1, V/V/V）, the flow rate of the mobile phase was 0.8 mL/min）, and the detection wavelength was 238 nm. While the content of geniposide ranged between 0.92～ 4.60μg, the method showed a good linear relationship between the peak area and content of geniposide （ R = 0.9999） and high reproducibility. The average rate of recovery of geniposide was 100.90% and the relative standard deviafion（RSD） was 2.00%.
