精密成型装药药型罩的性能保证措施

摘　　要：采用电铸成型工艺制造的药型罩,金相结构均匀、晶粒度细小,可做为精密成型装药的药型罩。通过对药型罩做静态大变形均匀性检测,做杵体回收试验的分析研究,可对其性能进行相关的评估。文中提供的是一种具有工程实用价值的技术保证方案。The liner manufactured by the technology of electrotypy bear symmetrical crystal texture and scrappy crystalline grain, using the technology of electrotypy can manufacture the exact liner. Passing to test the liner＇s static great deformation and to analyzing the recycle tested slug can evaluate the liner＇ correlative performance. The paper offered a sort of the effective technology project to bear applied count for engineering.
