摘  要:针对机械结构在一定载荷下的疲劳强度问题,提出了一种基于系统分析思想,运用自动控制理论,综合考虑结构负载与设计构件所受应力之间的联系,进行机械结构疲劳强度设计的方法。解决了在设计阶段,通常难以确定结构危险部位或截面详细应力历程的问题,因而有效提高了疲劳强度设计的准确性与可靠性。The evaluation of the endurance life of the machine structure under some given loading is one of the most concerned problems in engineering. We propose a new method for evaluating the endurance life of the machine structure, which is based on system analysis, automatic control, and synthesizing the relation between the structure loading and the stress of the designed component. Because this method has solved both the problems of locating the danger part in the structure and giving the detailed stress course, which generally appear in designing process, the accuracy and the robustness of the design of the fatigue strength are efficiently increased.
