摘　　要：采用PIC单片机改造焊机,在单片机中烧入程序,控制x和z2个步进电机的运动,完成焊机原来由手工操作到自动化工作的改造,通过采用抗干扰措施,工作可靠,性能稳定。Adopting transforms the welder with PIC one-chip computer, loading the procedure in the one-chip computer, controling the motions of x ＆ z directions of walking electromotors, accomplishing the transformation from originally manual operation to the automation of welding machine, through adopting the anti-interference measures, have achieved reliable performance.
