摘　　要：目的研究17-β雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)对宫颈癌Hela细胞体外生长的影响.方法采用MTT法检测不同浓度的E2、P和E2+P作用24 h、48 h、72 h后对Hela细胞的影响.结果 24 h、48 h和72 hE2浓度为10-5mol/L时刺激Hela细胞增殖;24 h P浓度为10-6～10-5mol/L时,以及48 h和72h P浓度为10-7～10-5mol/L时出现抑制作用;24 h E2+P浓度为105mol/L时,以及48 h和72 h E2+P浓度为10-7～10-5mol/L时均抑制细胞增殖.结论 E2促进Hela细胞增殖,P则是抑制作用,E2+P联合也出现抑制作用.Objective To investigate the effect of 17-β estrogen and progesterone on cell proliferation of human cervical cancer line in vitro. Methods The proliferation capacity of the cervical carcinoma cell line Hela in the culture medium with 17-β estrogen and progesterone was evaluated by the rnicoculture tetrazolium （MTT） assay.Results After 48 and 72 hours,the growth of Hela cell line was promoted by 17-β estrogen （ 10^- 5 mol/L）. The progesterone in concentration of 10^- 6-10^-5 mol/L inhibited the proliferation of cell after 24 hours,so did the progesterone in concentration of 10^-7-10^-5 mol/L after 48 and 72 hours. The mixture of 17-β extrogen and progesterone （ 10^- 5mmol/L） inhibited the proliferative of cell tarter 24 hours so did the mixture of 17-β estrogen and progesterone （ 10^-7 -- 10^- 5 mol/L）. Conclusion 17-β estrogen could enhance the proliferation of Hela cell, but progesterone could inhibit it. The mixture of estrogen and progesterone could inhibit the proliferaration of this cervical cancer cell line too.
