摘　　要：主要阐述在Windows操作系统下结合GPS技术和电子地图技术,将用户当前的地理位置在电子地图上准确地表示出来的一种实时GPS定位技术。从开发一个小型的GPS/GIS系统所必须涉及到的几个方面入手,遵循从GPS信号的接收、处理开始,到电子地图的开发制作,最后到GPS定位功能的实现的步骤,其思路清晰、浅显易懂,对于初学者和开发复杂的GPS/GIS系统有很好的参考价值。实验表明,以此种方法设计的小型GPS定位系统,精度较高,可以满足一般的民用定位要求。This paper mainly presents about a real -time positioning technology. It combines GPS technology and electronic map technology to position the userrs present position accurately on the electronic map, using Windows operating system. This paper introduces several main steps involved for developing a small -scale GPS/GIS system,including GPS signal receiving,processlng of GPS signal ,developing the electronic map ,realizing the function of GPS position finally. The content of this paper is presented logically and easily understandable, so it has high reference value for beginner to learn and develop more complex GPS/GIS system. Experiments prove that this mini- positioning system designed by this method could satisfy civil application with high precision.
