摘　　要：从思想教育对保障高校党员干部廉政的重要作用和促进高校党员干部树立正确的权力观的重要作用角度,阐述教育在构建高校惩防体系中的重要性,并探索高校反腐倡廉宣传教育的有效途径。Ideological education plays an important role in ensuring the honest performance of leaders＇ official duties at universities and formulating right view of exercising their powers. From this perspective, the paper expounds the necessity of constituting punishing and preventing system and comes up with some effective ways in carrying out anti-corruption education at universities..
