摘　　要：目的探讨E26转录因子-1(E26transformation-specific-1Ets-1)在不同类型的葡萄膜黑色素瘤中的表达及意义。方法以免疫组织化学法检测78例葡萄膜黑色素瘤中Ets-1的表达,并按WHO1980年的标准进行分型:梭型细胞型,类上皮细胞型和混合细胞型。进行临床随访,以SPASS10.0统计软件包进行统计学处理。结果78例中,梭型细胞型占21例,类上皮细胞型型占34例,混合细胞型占23例。Ets-1在三种类型的葡萄膜黑色素瘤中均有表达,但表达强度随梭型细胞型,混合细胞型和类上皮细胞型依次递增。结论Ets-1可能在葡萄膜黑色素瘤的转移,浸润中发挥重要作用,Ets-1的检测可作为葡萄膜黑色素瘤恶性程度的参考指标。Objective To study the expression of Ets-lin different types of uveal melanoma a. Methods Immunohistorchemistry （streptomycin avidin-biotinperoxidase complex SP） was used to detect the protein expression of Ets-1 in 78 cases of uveal melanoma. Typing the uveal melanoma according to the standard of WHO of 1980： the shuttle type cells, paraepithelial cells and mixed cells. The patients were followed-up and the data were made statistic. Results Among 78 cases, the shuttle type cells were in 21 cases, paraepithelial cells in ,34 cases, and mixed cells in 23 cases. Ets-1 mRNA and protein were both expressed in the shuttle type cells, mixed cells and paraepithelial cells in increasing order of expression levels. Conclusion Ets-1 may play an important role in uveal melanoa＇s metastasis and infiltration and the testing of Ets-1 can be a reference factor of the uveal melanoma＇s malignancy degree.
