摘 要:目的:评价不同材料桩—核—冠系列修复的远期保存率及美观效果。方法:对采用新型桩核材料Core-Paste(以下简称CP)、新型全瓷材料(CerinatePorcelain,CE)或釉质瓷(BelleglassHP,BGHP)完成的桩—核—冠系列修复与传统的金属铸造桩-核-冠的修复效果进行对比分析及跟踪观察。结果:不同材料的桩核修复后,远期保存率无显著性差异(P<0.05);美观效果由于冠的材料不同而受到影响。结论:复合桩是一种较理想的桩核设计。CP复合材桩—核—全瓷冠系列修复法,既有较高的远期保存率,又有良好的美观效果,是一种较理想的桩冠修复方法。Objective: To evaluate the long-term effectiveness and aesthetic satisfaction of post-core-crown restoration systems of different material. Methods: Three different materials (Core-Paste, Cerinate porcelain, BGHP enamal porcelain) were used in post-core-crown restorations. Their effects were analyzed and contrasted with traditional cast metal post-and-core restoration and subscquent researches were conducted as well. Results: No significant difference was found in long-term effectiveness of post-core restoration with different materials (P〈0.05). Aesthetical results varied from different crown materials. Conclusion: Compound post is the most ideal post. Restoration method using CP compound post-and-core plus full ceramic crown has the most outstanding performance in clinical restoration for its permanence and aesthetical satisfaction.
