摘　　要：细胞移植是组织修复的一种重要手段。目前己在眼科临床应用的有视网膜色素上皮细胞移植、虹膜色素上皮细胞移植、角膜缘干细胞移植、结膜上皮细胞移植和视网膜感光细胞移植等。本文复习了各种眼科细胞移植的现况及展望。对一些细胞移植的适应证、远期效果及潜在副作用均有待进一步研究。细胞移植与干细胞工程、基因工程及组织工程结合具有一定的发展前景。Cell transplantation is an important procedure for tissue repairing. Clinical applications of cell transplantation in ophthalmology include retinal and iris pigment epithelium transplantation, corneal limbus stem cell transplantation, conjunctival epithelium transplantation and photoreceptor transplantation. The past, present and future status of cell transplantation in ophthalmology are reviewed. The indications, long-term results and potential side effects of cell transplantation in ophthalmology need to be further studied. The cell transplantation combination with stem cell engineering, gene engineering and tissue engineering has good prospect.
