老年性白内障与超氧化物歧化酶的关系研究

摘　　要：本文对106例老年性白内障患者血中红细胞和血清的超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）含量进行检测，并与58例健康老年人和41例儿童对比。结果表明：老年性白内障患者血中SOD含量比正常对照组明显下降（P＜0．01），正常老年人血中SOD含量比儿童明显减少。认为人体血中SOD含量随年龄增高而减少，老年性白内障的形成与血中SOD含量下降有密切关系。SOD content of 106 patients with senile cataract in red blood cell and serum was investigated. The results show that SOD level in blood of patient with senile cataract is lower than that of normal seniors and children. (P<0.01). SOD content in blood of normal seniors is lower than that of children. The results suggest that SOD level will reduce with increase of age, and the formation of senile cataract is closely related to reducing of SOD in blood.
