摘　　要：目的:总结老年人颌面部间隙感染的特点。方法:对31例老年人颌面部间隙感染的病因、发病特点、病情发展和治疗要点进行分析。结果:老年人颌面部间隙感染的病因牙源性感染占第一位,牙周疾患和多间隙感染常见。结论:根据老年人及其颌面部间隙感染特点,强调及时诊断和治疗。Objective： To tally up the characteristics of the maxillofacial space infection in elderly patients. Methods： To analyze the characteristics of etiology, onset, development and treatment of 31 cases of maxillofacial space infections in elderly. Results： odontogenic infection is the mainly cause of the maxillofacial space infection in elderly patients. The infection of the periodontal disorders and multi-spaces is usually found. Conclusion： According to the characteristics of the elderly patients and their maxillofacial space infection, early diagnosis and treatment should be emphasized.
