开展奥林匹克教育——奥运主办城市的责任与义务

摘　　要：教育是奥林匹克主义的核心内容,顾拜旦创立奥林匹克运动的真正目的就是为了传播奥林匹克思想,以一种新的角度、新的方式去教育青年,促进青年身心的和谐发展。国际奥委会要求奥运会承办城市应该具有积极宣传和推广奥林匹克教育活动。奥林匹克宪章第44条明确规定,“奥运会组委会必须制定一项文化活动计划,并事先提交国际奥委会批准”。北京是2008年奥运会的承办城市,同时肩负着开展奥林匹克教育活动的义务和责任。The key point of the Olympic ideology is Olympic education. The purpose of the Olympic movement created by Coubertin is to spread Olympic ideology and educate the youth from a new angle and with a new style to enable the growing of the young healthier. The International Olympic Committee requires the hosting city of the Olympics actively advocate and promote Olympic education. According to Section 44 of the Olympic Charter ,“the Olympic Organizational Committee must lay clown a plan of cultural activities and submit it to the International Olympic Committee for approval in advance. ” Now Beijing is the hosting city of the Olympics in 2008,which means it bears the responsibility of promoting Olympic education.
