汕头市中学生癌症预防知、信、行的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解汕头市中学生癌症预防知信行现状,提出适合对他们的癌症预防健康教育干预模式。方法应用自行设计的问卷对1043名在读中学生进行问卷调查,所得资料进行统计分析。结果癌症预防知识知晓率较高,身体的癌症警号和女中学生自检乳房知识了解较少,是癌症知识盲区;绝大部分相信对癌症预防的有效性;大部分中学生的生活行为习惯是健康科学的,不良生活行为习惯是没有定期体检、缺少体育锻炼、常吃盐腌、熏烤食品,吸烟酗酒等;对癌症有正确的防治态度,有较强烈的学习癌症预防知识的要求。结论中学生所处的生活环境,对癌症发病有着潜在的联系。癌症预防知识仍不全面,仅根据卫生课的内容已不能适应对防癌知识的了解。可根据学生们愿意接受健康教育途径开展多形式、针对盲区的肿瘤防治知识普及,以提高中学生的防癌意识。Objective To realize the current situation of in Shantou City on their cancer--preventing knowledge, belief and behaviors, then put forward the fit model of health education on cancer--preventing. Methods Used self--made questionnaire to investigation 1043 middle--school students and analyzed the data by statistics. Results The rate of knowing cancer--preventing knowledge was high, but the knowledge on cancer--warning signals in body and breast self--checking of female middle--school students was little and this was the blind area of knowledge on cancer. Most middle--school students believed the effectivity of cancer prevention. Majority students had healthy behaviors and habits. Unhealthy behaviors and habits were without regular physical examination, lacking exercises, eating salt--soaked or fumigated and baked food, smoking, intemperance et al. Them had correct attitude to cancer prevention as well as treatment and strong requirement of studying cancer - preventing knowledge. Conclusions The environment students lived in is related potentially with caner occurrence. Although studying lessons of hygiene, middle--school students＇ cancer--preventing knowledge is yet not overall. According to the way like to receive, we can develop multi--forms health education and aim at the blind area of cancer--preventing knowledge to improve their awareness of cancer--preventing.
