摘 要:首先对跨国供应链计划进行了简要介绍,并且讨论了跨国供应链中的不确定因素-市场需求的三种数学描述形式-随机、模糊、模糊随机;提出了基于模糊随机期望规划的生产-分销二级跨国供应链战术计划模型,它与以往供应链计划模型最大的不同之处在于将市场需求看作模糊随机变量;然后设计了计算机模糊随机模拟技术和遗传算法相结合的智能算法求解模型;最后对模型进行了数值仿真分析,即对模糊随机期望模型使用智能算法,对其等值确定性模型使用分枝定界法,计算结果精度对比证明了模糊随机期望模型的有效性.Firstly, a brief introduction of global supply chain tactical planning is given, and three mathematic description forms of market demand, one of the uncertain factors in global supply chain, stochastic, fuzzy, stochastic fuzzy, are discussed; The 2-stage production-distribution global supply chain tactical planning model based on fuzzy stochastic expected value programming is presented, whose biggest difference from the previous models is that the market demand is regarded as fuzzy stochastic variable; Secondly, an inteUigence algorithm based on computer fuzzy stochastic simulation combined with genetic algorithm is put forward; Finally, a data simulation analysis is made, The stochastic expected value model is solved with the inteUigence algorithm, the corresponding equivalent model under certainty is solved with branch and bound method, the calculation resolution comparison demonstrates the effectiveness of the fuzzy stochastic expected value model.
