摘  要:研究了一种重要的海洋微量元素铁对等鞭金藻(Isochrysis galbana)生长和脂肪酸组成的影响。研究结果表明,等鞭金藻在天然海水中(铁浓度为0.5μmol/L)生长缓慢,但当培养基中Fe3+ 浓度超过12.5 μmol/L时,等鞭金藻生长差异不显著。C18:2(n-6)和C18:3(n-6)占总脂肪酸的比例随着Fe3+浓度增加而下降,但C22:6(n-6)(DHA)随着Fe3+浓度增加而上升。Fe3+浓度在12.5-120.5 μnol/L,多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)占总脂肪酸的比例显著下降(P<0.05)。DHA和PUFA含量(W/ W)随着Fe3+浓度的增加先上升后下降.二者达到最大值时Fe3+浓度分别为60.5和24.5 μmol/L。The growth and variation of fatty acids composition in Isochrysis galbana with different Fe^3+ concentrations was examined. It showed that the algae grown poorly in the culture without Fe^3+ addition, however, its growth was insignificant difference when Fe^3+ concentration exceeds 12.5 μmol/L. The proportion of C18:2(n-6)and C18:3(n-6) in total fatty acid was decreased with the increase of Fe^3+ concentration,but that of DHA was increased.The proportion of PUFA decreased markedly in the range of 12.5 to 120.5 μmol/L Fe^3+ .The content of DHA and PUFA (dry mass) was increased and then decreased with the increase of Fe^3+ concertration, the content of DHA achieved the maximum value of 2.4% at 60.5 μmol/L, and that of PUFA reached the highest value of 9.9% at 24.5 μmol/L.
