摘 要:目的观察红花总黄素对实验性缺血心肌的影响,并探讨其机制。方法采用异丙肾上腺素(10mg·kg-1)制备大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察血流动力学指标变化(MBP、LVSP、LVEDP、±dp/dtmax等)。同时,分别观测家兔给药前,给药后15、30、60min的冠脉流量(CF)和心肌耗氧量(MVO2)。结果红花总黄素各组对心肌缺血大鼠血流动力学有明显改善作用。红花总黄素各组给药后15min均表现出不同程度的增加心脏冠脉流量,心肌耗氧量明显减少。结论红花总黄素抑制心肌缺血引起的心功能减弱,其机制与其能明显增加冠脉流量和减少心肌耗氧量有关。Aim To observe the effects and mechanism of safflor yellow on the experimental acute myocardial ischemia (AMI) model rats. Methods AMI model rats were induced by isoproterenol (10 mg·kg^-1). The changes of indexes on hemodynamics such as MBP, LVSP, LVEDP and ± dp/dtmax the coronary artery flux(CF) and myocardia O2 comption( MVO2 ) in AMI model rats were observed respectively. Results The CF and MVO2 in the heart muscle increased and decreased respectively the indexes of hemodynamics were improved in safflor yellow groups. Conclusion The results indicate that safflor yellow can inhibit the failure of heart function induced by AMI, increase the coronary artery flux and decrease MVO2 significantly.
