摘  要:本文应用扫描电镜观察了农药污染区内一种中型蜘蛛——星豹蛛(PrdosaastrigeraKoch,1878)中肠粘膜组织细胞的病理变化。结果表明,重污染区的蜘蛛中肠粘膜出现明显的弥漫性溃疡,凝固性坏死及穿孔等病变;轻污染区的则发现大量细胞水肿、萎缩、纤维素样变性等组织细胞损伤现象。上述结果提示,因蜘蛛摄入了污染的猎物和水源,致使农药对其消化道有着直接和间接的损伤作用,且受损伤的程度随农药污染程度的不同有明显差异,由此,作者认为蜘蛛中肠粘膜层的病变状况有可能作为农药污染监测的一项生物学指标,值得进一步探讨。Using scanning electron microscope,the effect of insecticides pollution on the spider pardosaastrigera’s midgut mucosa injuring has been observed. The results show that the insecticide-residue candamage the intestnal epithelium of spider badly. Disseminated ulcerous focus,cloudy sevelling, hydropic orfibrinoid degeneration and atrophy on the intestnal epithelium were usually discovered. Themidgut mucosatissue appeared erosion,perforation or coagulation necrosisfocus,especially in the babys of those spidersgrowm in the serious polluted fields,and so that the general orhanization of the intestnal ePithelium was ob-scure. Thr pathological changes of the midgut mucosa is highly sensitive response to the polluted circum-stance; For this reason,we could regard it as a biological indicator of the insectlcides contaminated circum-stance.
