摘  要:目的探讨局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤中各脑区NO含量的变化。方法用改良的血管内栓线法复制大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,应用亚硝酸盐还原法反映脑组织中NO的含量。结果①脑缺血再灌注损伤后,左右皮层、海马的NO含量明显升高,与正常对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);②缺血侧与其自身对照侧相比,升高不明显。结论大鼠一侧脑缺血再灌注后,两侧同时受到损伤。Objective To study the content of nitric oxide (NO) in different brain tissue in rats with focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods Modified intravascular embolism method was employed to make focal ischemia in rats. Nitrite reduction method was used to detect the content of NO in brain. Results ① Compared with the normal group, the content of NO had remarkably increased in bilateral cortex and hippocampus after cerebral ischemia reperfusion( P 〈 0.05) ;②The content of NO in ischemia side was no more than opposite side. Conclusion Cerebral ischemia reperfusion in one side can induce bilateral damage in brain.
