摘　　要：从“管理体系一体化”的含义及类型出发,根据GB/T19001-2000《质量管理体系要求》、GB/T24001-1996《环境管理体系规范》、GB/T28001《职业健康安全管理体系规范》、GJB9001A-2001《质量管理体系要求》、Q/CNPC104.1-2004《健康、安全与环境管理体系第一部分:规范》(HSE)五类标准的共同点和不同点,对管理体系一体化的可行性、必要性进行了探讨,并以济柴公司实践为例,论述了如何制定出既符合标准要求,又能指导工作实践的一体化文件以及如何提高体系的有效性,并使体系在企业中起到实质性的作用。Based on the definition and different types of the “Integration of Management System”, and according to the five standards： “Requirements of Quality Control System” GB/T 19001-2000, “Norms for Environment Control System” GB/T24001-1996, “Norms for Occupational Health and Safety Control System” GB/T28001-2001, “Requirements of Quality Control System” GJB 9001A-2001, “The First Part of the Health, Safety and Environment Control System： Norms” Q/CNPC 104.1-2004 （HSE）, the feasibility and necessity of the integration of management system are explored and discussed. Furthermore, the practice of Jichai company is taken as an example to illustrate how to work out documents that are practical as well as meet the requirements, and how to improve the effectiveness of the system in enterprises.
