摘　　要：本文介绍卒中单元的概念与基本类型,提出国内目前治疗中风病存在的主要问题:重治疗轻预防,重药物轻康复,重西医轻中医,重肌力改变而轻正确运动模式的再学习,重运动功能的恢复而轻语言训练和心理治疗。本文重点阐述创建中国特色卒中单元思维的思路与方法,强调要坚持“五个”结合,即中医与西医结合、中药与针灸、推拿结合、治疗与康复结合、内治与外治结合、治疗与预防结合;并指出其应当具备的基本条件。To introduce the concept and elementary types of Stroke Unit,and point out the main questions on the current therapy of apoplexy in China,attaching importance to cure and not to recovery,to western medical and not to chinese medical,to the change of muscular power and not to the restudying of proper exercise,to the recovery of dyskinesia and not to the language- training and psychothe rapy.The emphases of this article is how to do it.Stuck on five connections that is connection between chinese and western medical,medicine and acupuncture and massage,cure and recovery,internal medicine and surgical,cure and efending.And point out the essential qualifications of Stroke Unit.
