摘　　要：分别介绍了 ISO9000和 TQM的产生背景、特点,比较了两者之间的异同点,提出以 ISO9000为基础,推行 TQM。At the beginning of this article. the author introduces the background and feature of the ISO9000 standards and TQM and compares them. Then, he points out his view that we should carry out TQM based upon the ISO9000.
