摘　　要：介绍高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)与质谱法(MS)在线联用技术的三种接口,对该技术的应用情况进行了综述.The design and working principles of three kinds of interface-electrospray interface, continuous flow fastbombardment interface and ion spray interface-for coupling capillary electrophoresis(CE) with mass spectrometry (MS) are described. Applications of CE/MS are reviewed.
