摘　　要：目的:探讨Tiam1基因表达与鼻咽癌浸润转移的关系。方法:应用RT-PCR技术,对41例鼻咽癌组织和20例正常鼻咽部组织进行Tiam1mRNA表达水平的检测。结果:41例鼻咽癌组织的Tiam1mRNA平均表达水平(1.83±0.73)明显高于正常鼻咽部组织(0.87±0.45)(P<0.01);鼻咽癌组织中Tiam1mRNA高表达率与临床分期、T分级呈正相关;有淋巴结转移者Tiam1mRNA高表达率为59.3%(16/27),无淋巴结转移者为21.4%(3/14),二者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Tiam1基因在鼻咽癌组织中的表达明显高于正常鼻咽部组织,其过表达与鼻咽癌浸润转移呈正相关。Objective：To study the relation between T lymphoma invasion/metastasisl （Tiaml） gene and nasopharyngeal carcinoma progression. Method： Using of reverse transcription polymerase chain （RT-PCR） technique on 41 nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue and 20 normal nasopharyngeal tissue to proceed the test of mRNA overexpression. Result.. Average expression of the Tiaml gene in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue （1.83 ± 0.73） is higher than in normal nasopharyngeal tissue （0.87±0.45） （ P 〈0.01）. The positive relationship between the frequency of Tiaml overexpression and clinical staging and T staging was very significant（ P 〈0.05）and increased gradually; The frequency of Tiaml overexpression was 59.3%（16/27） in patients with lymph＇node metastasis,21.40%（3/ 14） in patients without lymph node metastasis, overexpression between them was very significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Average expression of the Tiaml gene in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue is higher than in normal nasopharyngeal tissue. Our data suggest that the overexpression of the Tiaml gene correlates invasion and metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
