摘　　要：Fourteen bis (substituted silylmethylene)tin arylcarboxylates have been synthesized by the reaction of bis(substituted silylmethylene)tin dichloride with arylcarboxylic acids, and characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay tests showed that (RMe2SiCH2)2Sn(OOCAr)2 and (RMe2SiCH2)2 SnCl2 had a good antitumour activity in vitro.Fourteen bis （substituted silylmethylene）tin arylcarboxylates have been synthesized by the reaction of bis（substituted silylmethylene）tin dichloride with arylcarboxylic acids, and characterized by IR, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, MS and elemental analysis.
