摘　　要：在精密检测和高精度生产过程中,基于容栅式传感器的测量器具得到广泛运用,但一般为单机工作,不便于联机处理。研制了以P89LPC932A1单片机为核心的智能接口,并采用可视化编程工具C++Builder实现其与PC机的接口控制和数据处理功能,基于此接口实现了容栅传感器在生产过程中的检测与控制。Capacitance grating sensor has got a widely application in the precision measurement and high precise manufacturing. But many of them are used separately and they are not easily processed online. This intelligent interface for capacitance grating sensor based on P89LPC932A1 microcontroller, which can realize communicate and data process with PC by C ＋ ＋ builder. And we applied the intelligent interface in measurement and control in manufacturing.
