压缩式垃圾车推板有限元分析

摘　　要：运用有限元工程分析软件ANSYS8.0对TH5050后装压缩式垃圾车的推板进行分析,在建立了相应的结构模型后,根据载荷划分4种工况进行有限元分析,包括推板的3D实体造型、有限元网格自动划分、有限元分析计算、改进设计等。分析结果推板设计合理,推板变形在合理范围内。The pushing board of THS050 end- loading compacted waste truck was analyzed utilizing the finite element engineering analysis software ANSYS8.0, after setting up related structure model, finite element analysis of 4 different working condition divided according to loads was carried out including 3D entity model building, finite element division, computing and improvement of the pushing board. The result showed that the pushing board design is rational and its deformation is in reasonable range.
