摘 要:针对大庆外围油田稠油的降黏问题,制备了一种超强酸催化剂磷钼酸(H3PMo12O40).在近似蒸汽吞吐开采稠油的条件下,通过室内正交实验,考察了H3PMo12O40对大庆外围阿拉新区块杜-3井稠油的催化裂解降黏作用,分析了H3PMo12O40、H2O的质量,以及反应温度、反应时间对稠油黏度的影响,测定了反应前后稠油的黏度、烃分布和w(S).结果表明:当m(稠油)∶m(H3PMo12O40):m(H2O)=100∶0.05∶30,反应温度为260℃,反应时间为24 h时,其黏弹性达到55.9%,轻烃组分增加,重烃组分减少,w(S)降低;H3PMo12O40的质量、反应温度和反应时间是影响催化裂解降黏反应的主要因素;油层矿物与H3PMo12O40之间存在协同催化效应,可使稠油的降黏率达到63.2%.A super-strong acid catalyst to be used in catalytic visbreaking of heavy oil from Daqing Oilfield is prepared. In the laboratory, the effect of the catalyst on catalytic visbreaking of the heavy oil is studied within similar conditions of steam stimulation processes. The effect of material ratio, the reaction temperature, the time on the catalytic visbreaking of heavy oils are analyzed. Kinetic Viscosity (50 ℃), carbon numbers distribution, family composition and sulfur content of both raw and handled heavy oil are tested. A 55.9% viscosity reduction of the heavy oil has been obtained in the reaction carried out at 260 ℃ for 24 h, while the material ratio (heavy oil to catalyst to water) is 100 to 0.05 to 30. The content of heavier fractions and sulfur decreases and the content of lighter fractions increases. Catalyst additive amount, time and temperature have the main effect on this reaction. The synergetic effect between formation mineral and H_3PMo_(12)O_(40) on visbreaking reaction was observed in experiments. A 63.2% viscosity reduction of the heavy oil is obtained when formation mineral and catalyst coexist in reaction system.
