摘  要:在涂附磨具静电植砂过程中,需要保证良好的高压静电场。空气的温度、湿度以及空气流速对高压静电场的影响至关重要。本文分析了空气环境各因素对植砂效果的影响。通过大量优化实验,得出了最佳空气参数。以5m*3.5m*2.2m植砂间生产棕刚玉砂布为例,最佳空气温度为25℃±2℃,相对湿度为50%±5%,空气流速1.2m/s^1.0m/s。工程实验结果表明,植砂效率和植砂效果明显提高。During electrostatic sand-planting when making coated abrasives, a perfect high-pressured electrostatic field is to be guaranteed. The temperature ,humidity and flowing velocity of air exert great influence on the electrostatic field. In this paper, analysis was made on the influence of these factors upon the sand-planting effect. Based on a great amount of experiments and optimization test, optimal air parameters were obtained. For a sand-planting workshop of 5m×3.5m×2.2m for making brown fused aluminum abrasive cloth,the optimal air temperature is 25℃±2℃ ,the relative humidity is 50%±5% ,while the air velocity is 1.2 m/s for P100A, and 1.0 m/s for P180A. Industrial application results indicated that the efficiency and effect of sand-planting are remarkably improved.
