摘　　要：固态发酵技术在生产饲料、燃料、食品、化工原料和药制品等微生物产品方面已经显现出巨大的潜能。为此,阐述了近年来固态发酵生产蛋白饲料的一些最新发展,分析了固态发酵过程控制参数的控制方法。Solid-state fermentation has emerged as a potential technology tor the production ot microbial products such as feed, fuel, food, industrial chemicals and pharmaceutical products. This paper discusses the newly development of the production of protein feed by solid state fermentation, and analyses the control method of the process parameters.
