摘  要:1991~1992年考查了7个籼型温敏核雄性不育系(TGMS),其中4个HPGMR农垦58s的衍生系W6111s—27、W6154s-66、Ks-9、8801s,3个不同来源的非HPGMR的TGMS 5460s、安农s-1、衡农s-1、及其完全双列杂交组合F_1、以及部分F_2在福建沙县高温长日自然条件下的育性表现。结果表明:HPGMR的衍生系、5460s、安农s-1、衡农s-14种不同来源的TGMS的不育主基因是非等位的,农垦58s的衍生系中,W6111s-27、W6154s-66、Ks-9三者的不育主基因等位,而8801s与这3个不育系则不等位。4种不同来源的TGMS之间育性存在2或3对主基因的差异。不育基因等位的TGMS间杂交F_2群体中仍有少量部分可育株出现,不育基因等位或非等位的TGMS间杂交F_2群体中也发现育性比双亲稳定的不育株,笔者还对TGMS的育性改良问题作了讨论。Fertilities of F1S and F2s of the crosses among seven indica thermo-sensitive genie male sterile (TGMS)lines of four different sources, involving four derivatives from 'Hubei photo-sensitive genie male-sterile rice (HPGMR)' and three from other TGMS sources, were analyzed in the seasons of high temperature with long daylength duration in 1991 and 1992. The results showed that, male sterile genes from four different sources were non-allelic as the normal pollen fertilities were above 85% and the bagged seed setting rate were above 75% of the F1S. TGMS lines W6111s-27, W6154s-66, Ks-9 and 8801s,derived from HPGMR,the former three lines possessed the allelic genes of male sterility, but 8801s was non-allelic to the former three lines. Male sterility was governed by two or three pairs of different genes. A few partial fertile plants appeared in the F2 populations of the crosses between allelic TGMS lines, also some sterile plants with more stable fertilities in comparison with their parents were obtained in F2 populations of the crosses among both allelic or non-allelic TGMS lines. Improvements of the sterility of TGMS are also discussed.
